Autologous bone marrow transplantation is an effective method for the treatment of leukemia. But the key is how to eliminate leukemic cells in the bone marrow without damaging their pluripotent stem cells in vitro. Animal experiments have shown that serological methods of bone marrow, anti-tumor associated antigen antibodies and complement can be selectively eliminated leukemia cells in the bone marrow. The application of monoclonal antibody (McAb) in addition to overcome the serological response caused by heterologous sera, but also provides an unlimited source of reusable antibodies, enhanced autologous bone marrow transplantation in the treatment of leukemia.
