There is a big difference in speech awareness among all age groups in Japan. The higher the age (closer to the senior), the dialect recognition of the stronger (ie, hold a positive attitude), the younger (closer to the level if also known as the youth layer) their dialect identity The lower (ie negative attitude) of this trend. Putting dialect into dialogue with Putonghua, this study suggests that the lower the age (the closer it is to the younger), the higher the sense of identity toward Putonghua is, ie, the lower the age (closer to the upper strata), the more affirmative it will be to Putonghua. And analyze the reason.
