针对曹妃甸污水处理厂深厚液化土层中夹有灵敏度较高的软黏性土层的地基,提出了高真空击密联合深井降水消除深层地基液化性的加固方案,在地基处理过程中对地下水位、地面沉降进行了实时监测,在地基加固前后进行了标贯试验以判别液化性能,结果表明降水预压期场地平均沉降24 cm,高真空击密阶段平均沉降37.8 cm,加固后标贯击数均提高到12击以上,完全消除了8 m深度范围内土层的液化性,大部分消除了8 m深度以下土层的液化性,加固后各建筑物的液化等级为无—轻微。为以后类似工程深厚液化性消除提供了新的途径和工程经验。
In view of the foundation with the high sensitive soft clayey soil layer in deep liquefied soil of Caofeidian Sewage Treatment Plant, the scheme of strengthening the liquefaction of deep foundation by high vacuum compaction combined with deep well dewatering is proposed. In the foundation treatment process, the groundwater level , The land subsidence was monitored in real time. The standard test was conducted before and after the foundation reinforcement to determine the liquefaction performance. The results showed that the average settlement of the site was 24 cm during preloading and 37.8 cm during the high vacuum compaction stage. Up to more than 12 hits completely eliminated the liquefaction of the soil layer within the depth range of 8 m and most of the liquefaction of the soil layer below the depth of 8 m was eliminated. The liquefaction level of all the buildings after the reinforcement was non-slight. It provides new ways and engineering experience for the deep liquefaction elimination of similar projects in the future.
