缝纫机针尖折断于指端形成异物在临床上较常见，患者多为女性，缺乏工作经验，发病年龄年轻化。2008年5月至2011年5月我院骨科对临床病例进行观察对比，总结出一种折断缝纫机针方便快捷的取出方法，现报道如下。
