目的探讨老年慢性肾功能衰竭合并糖尿病患者自体动静脉内瘘的围手术期处理原则。方法172例老年慢性肾功能衰竭合并糖尿病患者自体动静脉内瘘术采用端端、常规端侧和改良端侧吻合3种方式,术后给予尿激酶和抗血小板药物、单用抗血小板药物及单用舒洛地特（商品名：伟素）3种方式抗血栓形成,对比不同血管吻合方式的成功率和血流量的差异以及术后3种抗血栓处理的疗效和安全性。结果172例患者糖尿病及高血压病史长短与血管条件的关系主要表现在动脉条件,术中所见,病史越长的患者,其动脉硬化、内膜分层越明显 3种术式的成功率比较,差异无统
