11月份,全省国民经济继续保持快速增长态势。工业生产增速进一步加快,固定资产投资保持高速增长,城乡消费市场继续活跃走强,旅游业加快增长,物价持续上涨,但地方财政收入增速减缓,外商直接投资继续下降。工业工业生产增速进一步加快。全省规模以上工业企业完成增加值9.90亿元,按可比价格计算比上年同月增长20.5%,增速较上月加快了5.9个百分点。工业增加值增长率高于全省平均水平的市、县、自治县有:白沙县、洋浦、定安县、海口市、昌江县。下降的市县有:保亭县、琼海市、儋州市、农垦、临高县、乐东县、五指山市(详见表一)。
In November, the national economy in the province maintained its rapid growth. The growth of industrial production was further accelerated. The investment in fixed assets maintained a rapid growth. The consumer markets in urban and rural areas continued to be increasingly active. The tourism industry accelerated its growth while prices continued to rise. However, the growth rate of local fiscal revenue slowed down and the direct foreign investment continued to decline. Industrial production growth to further accelerate. The added value of industrial enterprises above designated size in the province was 990 million yuan, an increase of 20.5% over the same month of the previous year, an acceleration of 5.9 percentage points from the previous month. The industrial added value growth rate higher than the provincial average, municipalities, counties and autonomous counties are: Baisha County, Yangpu, Ding’an County, Haikou City, Changjiang County. Declining cities and counties are: Baoting County, Qionghai City, Zhuozhou City, Nongken, Lincoln County, Ledong County, Wuzhishan City (see Table 1).
