1—羟基咪唑类(Ⅰ)在三乙胺存在下与苯甲酰氯反应制得新型的活性单酯1—苯甲酰氧咪唑类(Ⅱ)。对(Ⅱ)的胺解反应特性进行了深入的研究,以便使这种反应能用在聚酰胺的合成上。研究表明,这类活性酯在受到亲核试剂胺类或其盐酸盐的攻击下,以较高的产率生成相应的酰胺。在上述模型反应的基础上,由(Ⅰ)合成了新型的活性双酯1,1′—二酰基二氧双咪唑类(Ⅳ),(Ⅵ)与二元胺盐酸盐在温和条件下,通过溶液缩聚可制得粘度达0.9dl/g 的聚酰胺类。
1 - Hydroxyimidazoles (Ⅰ) A new type of active monoester 1 - benzoyloxyimidazoles (Ⅱ) was prepared by the reaction of benzoyl chloride in the presence of triethylamine. The ammolytic reaction characteristics of (II) have been intensively studied in order to make this reaction useful in the synthesis of polyamides. Studies have shown that such active esters are attacked by nucleophiles amines or their hydrochlorides to give the corresponding amides in higher yields. Based on the above model reactions, a new type of active di-ester 1,1’-diacyldioxyimidazoles (Ⅳ), (Ⅵ) and diamine hydrochloride were synthesized from (Ⅰ) under mild conditions, Polyamides with a viscosity of 0.9 dl / g were obtained by solution polycondensation.
