In 2014, construction enterprises in China completed 17.7 trillion yuan in total output value of construction industry, an increase of 10.2%. Undoubtedly, the construction industry made an important contribution to the healthy and sustainable development of the national economy. However, compared with the developed countries, the production efficiency of construction enterprises in our country still lags behind, mainly in the areas of low labor productivity, low construction efficiency, low overall quality level in the industry, poor quality stability, labor shortage, quality of labor force and professionalism higher.
