我院完成的板厚板形综合控制科研课题于一九八六年八月十二日通过鉴定。鉴定会由机械工业部重型局委托齐齐哈尔市科委主持。鉴定委员会由哈尔滨工业大学、大连铁道学院、太原重机学院、西安重型机械研究所、第一重机厂、齐齐哈尔钢厂等十个单位的十七名专家组成。鉴定委员会认为该项研究: 1、用支承辊纯弯曲来调节板厚是国内外首创的新方法。采用该方法来微调板厚,既可采用硬特性轧制又可用响应快的压力控制代替液压压下位置控制,能简便有效地提
Our hospital completed the plate thickness control of scientific research project on August 12, 1986 passed the appraisal. Identification will be commissioned by the Bureau of Heavy Industry Machinery Industry Qiqihar City Science and Technology Commission presided over. The appraisal committee consists of 17 experts from Harbin Institute of Technology, Dalian Railway Institute, Taiyuan Heavy Machinery Institute, Xi’an Heavy Machinery Research Institute, No.1 Heavy Machinery Plant and Qiqihar Steel Mill. Accreditation Committee believes that the study: 1, with the roll bending to adjust the thickness of the plate is the first new method at home and abroad. Using this method to fine-tune the thickness of the plate, either hard-rolling or quick-response pressure control can be used instead of hydraulic pressure-down position control
