本文结合大庆市农村土地承包经营权确权颁证(以下简称承包地确权)工作实际,笔者就如何做好承包地确权档案管理工作,从统一思想,充分认识承包地确权档案的重要性;突出重点,推进承包地确权档案工作落实;强化保障,保证承包地确权档案工作顺利进行三个方面,提出自己的见解和想法,为承包地确权档案工作提供一些参考。
