临床上肾上腺肿瘤的良、恶性难以鉴别,缺乏早期诊断依据,给临床治疗带来一定困难。端粒酶是由蛋白质和RNA构成的逆转录酶,与细胞周期、衰老、凋亡和永生化密切相关,恶性肿瘤中端粒酶激活而使细胞获得永生化。细胞周期蛋白依赖激酶抑制在蛋白细胞周期调控网络中发挥负调节作用,而细胞周期调控网络的异常与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。目前研究提示二者在肾上腺肿瘤中的表达均有异常,可能联合参与肾上腺肿瘤的发生、发展,为肾上腺肿瘤的诊断和治疗提供依据。
Clinically, benign and malignant adrenal tumors are difficult to identify, the lack of early diagnosis based on the clinical treatment to bring some difficulties. Telomerase is a reverse transcriptase composed of protein and RNA, which is closely related to cell cycle, senescence, apoptosis and immortalization. Telomerase activation in malignant tumors leads to immortalization of cells. Cyclin-dependent kinase inhibition plays a negative regulatory role in the protein cell cycle regulatory network, and the abnormality of the cell cycle regulatory network is closely related to the occurrence and development of tumors. The current study suggests that the expression of both in adrenal tumors are abnormal, may be involved in the occurrence and development of adrenal tumors, provide the basis for the diagnosis and treatment of adrenal tumors.
