目的:揭示疏经防痛胶囊治疗原发性痛经的作用机制,为临床运用提供实验室依据。方法:复制大鼠血瘀模型,观察疏经防痛胶囊对血瘀模型大鼠血液流变学的影响。结果:与空白组相比,模型组大鼠血液流变各值显著升高,红细胞刚性指数显著降低,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。复方丹参滴丸组与疏经防痛胶囊各剂量组的血液流变各值显著降低,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:疏经防痛胶囊对大鼠血液流变学有显著影响,有较强的活血化瘀作用。
Objective: To reveal the mechanism of Shujing Anti-pain Capsule in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea and to provide a laboratory basis for its clinical application. Methods: The model of blood stasis in rats was duplicated to observe the effect of Shujing anti-pain capsule on the hemorheology in blood stasis model rats. Results: Compared with the blank group, the values of hemorheology in model group were significantly increased, and the erythrocyte rigidity index was significantly decreased (P <0.05 or P <0.01). The values of hemorheology in each dose group of Fufang Danshen Diwan and Shujing Fangtong Capsules were significantly decreased, with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: Shujing Fangtong Capsule has a significant effect on hemorrheology in rats, and has strong blood-activating and blood-stasis effect.
