The pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) and Meloidogyneincognita interactions on the growth and physiological characteristics of cucumber seedlings. The results showed that fresh and dry weight of nematode inoculated with Glomus versi-forme before inoculation was significantly higher than that of inoculation with nematode. Inoculation of AM fungi with AM fungi inoculated with nematodes, AM fungi infection Compared with the control group, the treatment of nematode decreased significantly. Inoculation with nematodes increased the levels of peroxidase (POD), catalase (CAT), phenylalanine ammonia lyase (PAL) and total phenolics in cucumber plants to varying degrees , In which G.intraradices was pre-inoculated with G.intraradices to protect the cucumber plants. Compared with the control, the phosphorus content of the leaves that were inoculated with nematode decreased by 25.26%. The AM fungi were inoculated with nematode The content of phosphorus in leaves was higher than that in inoculated root knot nematodes.
