2013年是全面贯彻落实党的十八大精神的开局之年,中国工会十六大也在当年召开。因此,2013年对于工会组织来说,是一个实现新跨越、展示新作为的重要时期。在这一年中,北京市各级工会组织不但出色地完成了工会工作的各项工作,更陆续推出了各自的特色创新成果。2013年,北京市总工会在市委的正确领导和政府部门的大力支持下,以开展党的群众路线教育实践活动为契机,围绕全市工作大局,坚持“调整适应、改革创新”的工作方针
2013 is the first year of fully implementing the spirit of the 18th CPC National Congress. The 16th CPC National Congress was also held that year. Therefore, 2013 is an important period for trade unions to achieve new leaps and bounds and demonstrate new works. During the year, the trade unions at all levels in Beijing not only completed all the work of the trade union well, but also successively launched their own distinctive innovations.
