近年来,湖北省社区矫正局围绕中心、突出重点、履职尽责,社区矫正工作质量得到显著提升,为平安法治湖北建设作出了新贡献。新时期、新常态下,全省社区矫正工作应以四个建设为抓手,进一步提高全省社区矫正工作的制度化、规范化、科学化、法治化水平。一、以执法制度建设为基础,进一步提高制度化水平。一是不断完善刑罚执行制度。拟制定《湖北省社区矫正刑罚执行权力清单》等制度,同时加强立法调研,积极推动省人大制定出台社区矫正地方性法规,配合做好社区矫正国家立法有关工作。二是努力健全教育
