研究目的探讨低分子右旋糖酐(低右)和复方丹参治疗心脑血管疾病的血液流变学变化。研究背景目前缺血性心脑血管疾病的血液粘滞性增高已得到多数资料证明。但哪种药物对血液流变学影响明显,临床资料报道不一,其中较多的有蝮蛇抗栓酶和川芎嗪。我们使用低分子右旋糖酐和复方丹参治疗20例患者效果良好。研究方法治疗前抽空腹静脉血测定血液流变学指标,血粘度明显增高者用该药治疗两周后再抽空腹静脉血。自身对照血液流变学指标的变化。研究结果治疗前血液粘度明显增高,治疗后血粘度明显降低。全血比粘度、全血还原粘度、血浆比粘度、纤维蛋白原(P<0.005)、血球压积(P<0.01)均有高度显著性差异。结论使用低右和复方丹参治疗或预防血粘度明显增高的心脑血管病患者效果良好。
Objective To investigate the changes of hemorrheology in the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases with low molecular dextran (low right) and compound Danshen. Background The current increase in blood viscosity of ischemic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease has been the most data to prove. However, which drugs have significant effect on the blood rheology, clinical data reported different, of which there are more viper antithrombin and tetramethylpyrazine. We use low-molecular dextran and compound Danshen treatment of 20 patients with good results. Research Methods Before treatment, fasting venous blood samples were measured for hemorheology, blood viscosity was significantly increased by two weeks after treatment with the drug and then take the fasting venous blood. Whole blood viscosity, whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, fibrinogen (P <0.005), hematocrit (P <0.01) were highly significant differences. Conclusion Low right and compound Danshen treatment or prevention of blood viscosity significantly increased cardiovascular disease patients with good results.
