事件背景“双变”技术在我国工程机械上真正使用是从20世纪60年代初才开始的。1968年12月9日,柳工首先完成了我国第一台装有“双变”传动的Z435型装载机的部级专家鉴定。该“双变”是由三元件简单液力变矩器加四进四退定轴式变速器组成,它的使用使我国由此进入了液力机械传动的时代。1970年,柳工与天工院合作成功开发的Z450(后来的ZL50)型轮式装载机,其传动系统由双涡轮液力变矩器加简单行星式动力换挡变速器组成。从此,该“双变”驱动系统成为我国铲土运输机械最主流的传动形式。在这个过程中,我国装载机双变传动形式经历了怎样的沧桑巨变?
Event Background “double change ” technology in China’s real construction machinery used from the early 1960s only began. On December 9, 1968, Liugong first completed the ministerial expert appraisal of China’s first Z435 loader with “double change” transmission. The “double change ” is composed of three components of simple torque converter plus four four derailleur transmission, which makes our country thus entered the hydraulic mechanical transmission era. In 1970, the Z450 (later ZL50) wheel loader, developed by Liugong in cooperation with Tianyongyuan, consists of a twin turbine torque converter plus a simple planetary power shift transmission. Since then, the “double change ” drive system has become the most mainstream form of transmission of earth and soil transport machinery in our country. In the process, what kind of vicissitudes has changed in the form of double-change transmission in our country?
