近年，由于中国国内节约能源的需求和绿色照明计划的推动，紧凑型一体化节能灯（ＣＦＬ）的应用增长十分迅速。这是由于紧凑型节能灯能够简单地取代普通白炽灯（ＧＬＳ），且节约８０％的能量。但是有两个问题限制了ＣＦＬ的进一步推广和应用，第一是价格过高；第二是质量太差。这里我们撇开价格问题不谈，因为国内厂家已基本克服此问题。我们认为合格的ＣＦＬ应满足以下的要求：１）安全，满足ＩＥＣ９６８，ＥＭＣ（ＩＥＣ１０００），ＥＭＩ（ＣＩＳＰＲ１５）等标准的要求。２）可靠，低的早期失效率（即灯寿命小于１０００小时得失效率）；合理的使用寿命（５０００小时）；高的光输出和光通维持率（符合国标）。
In recent years, the application of compact integrated energy-saving lamps (CFLs) has seen rapid growth due to the demand for energy conservation in China and the green lighting program. This is because compact CFLs can simply replace conventional incandescent lamps (GLS) and save up to 80% of their energy. However, there are two problems that limit the further promotion and application of CFL. The first one is over-price. The second one is poor quality. Here we leave aside the price issue, because the domestic manufacturers have basically overcome this problem. We think qualified CFL should meet the following requirements: 1) Safety, meet the requirements of IEC968, EMC (IEC1000), EMI (CISPR15) and other standards. 2) reliable, low early failure rate (lamp life less than 1000 hours gain and loss); reasonable life (5000 hours); high light output and lumen maintenance (in line with the national standard).
