校园文化是学校重要的教育资源之一,具有引导、规范、激励、促进中学生良好道德形成的功能,是学生成长成才的基本环境因素。发挥校园文化的育人功能,使之成为德育建设的重要载体,是校园文化建设面临的一项重要现实课题。强化校园文化的德育功能,须重视校园文化的建设和引导,发挥校园精神文化的引领作用,创设蕴含物质文化的校园环境,彰显校园制度文化的道德意蕴,注重行为文化的典型示范。
Campus culture is one of the school’s important educational resources. It has the function of guiding, standardizing, encouraging and promoting the good moral formation of middle school students. It is the basic environmental factor for students to grow up. To exert the educational function of campus culture and make it an important carrier of the construction of moral education is an important and realistic subject facing the construction of campus culture. To reinforce the moral education function of campus culture, we must pay attention to the construction and guidance of campus culture, give play to the leading role of campus spiritual culture, create a campus environment containing material culture, demonstrate the moral connotation of campus institutional culture, and pay attention to the typical demonstration of behavior culture.
