素质教育是当前初中教育关注的热点。素质教育包括思想品德素质教育、文化科学素质教育、身体心理素质教育和劳动技能素质教育等内容。笔者认为,就初中化学学科而言,文化科学素质教育应当是中心。科学知识、技能素质、科学思维素质、科学方法素质以及科学态度和科学道德素质,都属于该素质教育的范畴。“科技是第一生产力”,培养学生的科学素质是时代的要求,是造就跨世纪人才的要求,在化学教学中如何实施?是一个亟待探讨的重大课题。
Quality-oriented education is currently the focus of attention in junior high school education. Quality education includes ideological and moral quality education, cultural and scientific quality education, physical and psychological quality education and quality of work skills education. The author believes that junior high school chemistry, cultural and educational quality education should be the center. Scientific knowledge, technical quality, scientific thinking quality, scientific method quality and scientific attitude and scientific moral qualities belong to the category of quality education. “Science and technology are the primary productive forces”. It is a major issue to be explored to cultivate students' scientific quality which is the requirement of the times, the requirement of creating trans-century talents and how to implement them in chemistry teaching.
