两种压铸的不同的铝质烧咀外壳(图1及2),在一台多轴自动钻床上进行钻孔、钻埋头孔及攻丝。 这台机床由标准组件组成(夹紧装置除外),其主轴布置如图3及4所示。用气动逻辑元件(图5)进行控制,使用工作压力为2~10巴,备有选择开关,借以实现程序Ⅰ及Ⅱ的转换,以实现对两种烧咀外壳的加工。所有工作设备及控制设备的部件位置分明,便于操作(图6及7)。除了集中空气滑阀装置以外,再无其他需要附加维护之处。
Two different aluminum die-casting Tsui Tsui shell (Figure 1 and 2), drilling in a multi-axis automatic drilling machine, countersunk head drilling and tapping. The machine consists of standard components (except for the clamping device), the spindle layout shown in Figure 3 and 4. Pneumatic logic components (Figure 5) to control the use of the working pressure of 2 ~ 10 bar, with selector switch, in order to achieve the conversion process Ⅰ and Ⅱ, in order to achieve the two burning Tsui shell processing. All work equipment and control equipment parts are well located and easy to operate (Figures 6 and 7). In addition to the centralized air slide valve unit, there is no need for additional maintenance.
