《科技日报》讯,斯坦福大学化学工程系教授鲍哲楠课题组日前研制出一种可拉伸晶体管,即便被拉伸至原有两倍长度,其导电性也只有极微小下降。现有坚硬的可穿戴电子产品有望因此变得像人的皮肤一样柔软富有弹性,甚至可以成为具有功能性的人体“第二层皮肤”。相关研究成果发表在最新一期的《科学》杂志上。
“Science and Technology Daily” News, Stanford University Department of Chemical Engineering Professor Bao ZheNan task group recently developed a stretchable transistor, even if it was stretched to twice its original length, the conductivity of only a very small decline. Existing hard-wearing wearable electronics are expected to become as soft and elastic as human skin, and may even become functional “second layer skin.” Relevant research results published in the latest issue of “Science” magazine.
