No matter in China and the West, marriage and love are all important topics that can profoundly reflect human nature. Eileen Chang and Jane Austen adopted unique perspectives of women during their writing, expressing their profound thoughts on issues such as love, marriage and love and social awareness. However, the unique personality of the two individuals determines the way they look at things. According to Austin, To understand society, Eileen Chang through the emotional understanding of society. Thus creating a different style of writing for them. Pride and Prejudice and The Love of Allure are the typical representative works of Jane Austen and Eileen Chang expressing love and marriage. Although there are differences between creative background and creative perspective, there are many similarities and differences in the concept of love and marriage. Both of the two works describe that in the male-dominated patriarchal society, men had absolute rights at the time, while women could only be attached to them through marriage. Different from the traditional concept, Jane Austen and Zhang Ailing have new views on women’s love and marriage. This article starts from feminism and focuses on the love and marriage between Elizabeth and White Lotus in Pride and Prejudice and The Love of Allure, the awakening of the female consciousness and the view of the two protagonists. Through the view of love and marriage, the commonalities of feminist consciousness shaped by Austen and Eileen Chang in the era of male supremacy are discussed. In fact, the two protagonists are also portraits of the inner world of writers. Therefore, through the study of this article, we can make some contributions to the comparison of two outstanding female writers, and can also make an in-depth comparative study of the marriage and love perspectives in different regions and times through this article.
