通过平行对比试验,考察了分别装填PVF-I型填料(由聚氨酯泡沫填料与富含铁的金属微孔填料复合而成)和聚氨酯泡沫微生物固定化载体的序批式生物膜反应器(SBBR)处理实际腈纶废水效果,研究了该工艺的可行性及该生物填料对生化处理效果的影响。结果表明,SBBR对腈纶废水处理效果较好,COD的去除率达到60%以上,对特征污染物N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAC)和丙烯腈(AN)的去除率接近100%,PVF-I型填料的投加对COD去除并无明显提高,但可以大大改善氨氮去除效果、提高对TOC和TN的去除率。
Through the parallel comparison test, the sequencing batch biofilm reactor (SBBR) with PVF-I packing (composed of polyurethane foam filler and iron-rich metal microporous filler) and polyurethane foam microbial immobilization carrier was investigated. Activated carbon fiber wastewater treatment effect, the feasibility of the technology and the biofilm on biochemical treatment effect. The results showed that SBBR had good effect on the treatment of acrylic fiber wastewater and the removal rate of COD was more than 60%. The removal rate of characteristic pollutants N, N-dimethylacetamide (DMAC) and acrylonitrile (AN) was nearly 100% The addition of PVF-I fillers did not significantly improve COD removal, but it can greatly improve the ammonia nitrogen removal efficiency and improve the removal of TOC and TN.
