大连机车车辆厂研制的东风_10型内燃机车,包括1988年制成的东风_10A型及分别于1992年和1993年设计的东风_10D型、东风_10C型三个品种。前者的动力装置为装车功率1985kw的12V240ZJC型柴油机,后两者均采用装车功率2130kW的12V240ZJD型柴油机。双节联挂的8轴东风_10A型机车于1990年投入线路运用,并于1992年8月通过了铁道部组织的5000t级重载牵引试验。东风_10D型机车是根据国家“八五”重点科技项目计划专题合同立项研制的双节联挂8轴重载机车。机车标称功率3590kw,可以牵引500货列车通过8.5%。的限制坡道。该车采用了微机控制系统及交流辅助传动、柴油机变频起动等一系高新技术。东风_10C型机车的特点是采用了2×(C_0-C_0)轴式,因而具有更大的粘着牵引力和良好的起动、加速性能及坡道通过能力。
Dongfeng _10 diesel locomotive developed by Dalian Locomotive & Rolling Stock Plant includes Dongfeng _10A type made in 1988 and Dongfeng _10D type and Dongfeng _10C type respectively designed in 1992 and 1993.
