目的探讨脱氧核苷酸钠注射液干预治疗肿瘤化疗引起的白细胞减少及对提高生存质量的疗效。方法对正常执行全身化疗或灌注化疗的120例恶性肿瘤患者,在化疗前和化疗执行的同时,静脉滴注脱氧核苷酸钠注射液,每日1次,每次100~150mg,14~28d为一疗程,观察化疗前后白细胞减少情况,生存质量及副反应情况,与对照组120例未作干预治疗的化疗病人比较分析。参照Karnofsky评分(Kps)评价生存质量(QOL),按照NCICTC3.0版标准评价毒性反应。结果治疗组120例中,化疗后白细胞减少共48例(40%),其中Ⅰ~Ⅱ°31例(25.8%),Ⅲ~Ⅳ°17例(14.2%)。Kps评分下降18例(15%),提高76例(63.3%)。未见相关毒副反应;对照组120例中,化疗后白细胞减少共82例(68.3%),其中Ⅰ~Ⅱ°52例(43.3%),Ⅲ~Ⅳ°30例(25%)。Kps评分下降52例(43.3%),提高仅21例(17.5%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.471~52.33,P<0.05)。结论脱氧核苷酸钠注射液干预治疗肿瘤化疗引起的白细胞减少有显著疗效,同时能提高生存质量,未见毒副反应。
Objective To investigate the effect of deoxynuclear acid sodium injection on the treatment of neutropenia induced by chemotherapy and its effect on improving the quality of life. Methods A total of 120 patients with malignant tumors undergoing systemic chemotherapy or perfusion chemotherapy were given intravenous drip of deoxynucleate sodium injection once a day for 100 ~ 150mg and 14 ~ 28d For a course of treatment, observe the leukopenia, quality of life and side effects before and after chemotherapy, with the control group of 120 patients without intervention treatment of chemotherapy were compared. The quality of life (QOL) was evaluated by Karnofsky score (Kps), and the toxicity was evaluated according to the NCICTC version 3.0 standard. Results Among the 120 cases in the treatment group, there were 48 cases (40%) of leukopenia after chemotherapy, of which 31 cases (25.8%) were Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ ° and 17 cases (14.2%) were Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ °. Kps score decreased 18 cases (15%), an increase of 76 cases (63.3%). There were no toxic and side effects in the control group. 82 cases (68.3%) of leukopenia after chemotherapy in control group were included, of which 52 cases (43.3%) were Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ ° and 30 cases (25%) were Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ °. Kps score decreased in 52 cases (43.3%), increased in only 21 cases (17.5%), the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (χ2 = 4.471 ~ 52.33, P <0.05). Conclusion The intervention of deoxynucleotide sodium injection in the treatment of neutropenia caused by chemotherapy has a significant effect, while improving the quality of life, no toxic side effects.
