目的检测子宫内膜癌组织中E2F-1和Survivin表达情况并探讨其意义。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测60例子宫内膜癌、32例正常子宫内膜组织中两者的表达。结果子宫内膜癌组织中E2F-1和Survivin表达定位于细胞核,其阳性表达率分别为58.33%(35/60)和55.00%(33/60),均明显高于正常子宫内膜组织0和0(P<0.05)。两者的表达与有无淋巴结转移、浸润深度、临床分期及病理分期有关(P<0.05);通过相关性分析E2F-1和Survivin在子宫内膜癌组织中呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 E2F-1和Survivin在子宫内膜癌呈成过度表达,两者共同作用参与子宫内膜癌的发生、发展及转移。
Objective To detect the expression of E2F-1 and Survivin in endometrial carcinoma and its significance. Methods Immunohistochemical S-P method was used to detect the expression of both endometrial carcinoma in 60 cases and normal endometrium in 32 cases. Results The expressions of E2F-1 and Survivin in endometrial carcinoma were localized in the nucleus and the positive rates were 58.33% (35/60) and 55.00% (33/60), respectively, which were significantly higher than those in normal endometrium 0 and 0 (P <0.05). The expression of E2F-1 and Survivin in endometrial carcinoma was positively correlated with lymph node metastasis, depth of invasion, clinical stage and pathological stage (P <0.05). Conclusions E2F-1 and Survivin are overexpressed in endometrial carcinoma, which play a role in the occurrence, development and metastasis of endometrial carcinoma.
