①1986年9月23日12时,哈尔滨市新香坊化工厂一台立式横水管锅炉发生爆炸,锅壳从下脚圈处撕开后腾空飞起,落在离锅炉房130米远的野地里。锅炉房被夷为平地,附近车间,居民住房的门窗、玻璃等也遭受严重破坏。这次事故造成3人死亡,一人重伤,直接经济损失达3万余元。据调查,这台锅炉因结构不合理、制造质量低劣,哈尔滨市、区劳动局曾多次指出不准作为蒸汽锅炉使用,但该厂厂长在1 985年3月
