光合作用是指绿色植物通过叶绿体,利用光能把二氧化碳和水转化成储存着能量的有机物,同时释放出氧的过程。从概念中可看出光合作用的场所是叶绿体,条件是必须有光照,原料是二氧化碳和水,产物是储存着能量的有机物(主要是淀粉)和氧气。设计实验来验证光合作用的场所、条件、原料和产物,一般都必须对实验植物先进行“饥饿处理”。
Photosynthesis refers to the process by which green plants pass through the chloroplasts, using light energy to convert carbon dioxide and water into organic matter that stores energy while releasing oxygen. From the concept it can be seen that the place for photosynthesis is the chloroplast, provided that there must be light, the raw material is carbon dioxide and water, and the product is the organic matter (mainly starch) and oxygen that store the energy. To design experiments to verify photosynthetic sites, conditions, raw materials, and products, the experimental plants must generally undergo “starvation.”
