现实迫切需要学校教育实施以人为本的和谐教育,努力构建符合学生身心发展规律的和谐教育,使教育主体——学生的综合素质和个性得到健康、全面、和谐发展。为使这一教育思想始终贯穿于学校教育的全方位、全过程,必须进一步理顺办学思路,更新办学理念、落实办学措施,并在不断的反思中创新。
In reality, there is an urgent need for school education to implement a people-centered and harmonious education, and efforts should be made to build a harmonious education that meets the law governing the physical and mental development of students, so that the overall quality and individuality of the subject of education, the student, is developed in a healthy, comprehensive and harmonious manner. In order to make this educational ideology permeate all-round and whole process of school education, we must further rationalize the idea of running schools, renew the concept of running schools, implement measures for running schools, and innovate in constant reflection.
