新课程实施过程中,教师在教学中遇到很多困惑。认为通过提高认识,转变观念,灵活处理新教材,强化校本教研,充分发挥备课组的作用,重视非智力因素的培养,改变评价方式等多项措施可以全面提高课堂教学质量。
During the implementation of the new curriculum, teachers encountered many puzzles in teaching. It is considered that the quality of classroom teaching can be improved comprehensively by raising awareness, changing concepts, processing new teaching materials flexibly, strengthening school-based teaching and research, giving full play to the role of lesson preparation group, attaching importance to the cultivation of non-intelligence factors and changing the evaluation methods.
