目的 研究鲍温样丘疹病的临床病理特征及诊断要点。方法 对 17例患者进行临床病理分析 ;全部病例均用免疫组化方法检测 HPV,并跟踪随访。结果 鲍温样丘疹病多发于青中年女性外生殖器皮肤 ,临床上有较典型的形态特征 ,镜下改变类似于原位癌 ,部分病例检测出 HPV,随访 1～ 5年 ,预后良好。结论 鲍温样丘疹病组织学改变类似原位癌或鲍温氏病 ,但临床经过良性 ,治疗上宜保守。
Objective To study the clinicopathological features and diagnosis points of Bowenoid papulosis. Methods Clinical and pathological analysis was performed on 17 patients. HPV was detected by immunohistochemistry in all cases and followed up. Results Bowen papulosis was found mainly in the outer genital skin of young middle-aged women. The morphological features of the papilloid papulosis were similar to those of the carcinoma in situ. HPV was detected in some cases and the prognosis was good in 1 to 5 years follow-up. Conclusions Bowenoid papulosis is histologically similar to that of carcinoma in situ or Bowen’s disease. However, it is clinically benign and conservative in treatment.
