本文研究和确立了热作模具钢4Cr5MoSiV1的真空热处理及气体氮碳共渗工艺,从而提高了其产品EPN的热疲劳强度、屈服点、断裂韧性和耐热磨损性,充分发挥了真空热处理及气体氮碳共渗的工艺特点和优势。
This paper studies and establishes the vacuum heat treatment and gas nitrocarburizing of 4Cr5MoSiV1 hot work die steel to improve the thermal fatigue strength, yield point, fracture toughness and heat-resistant wear resistance of EPN products, give full play to the vacuum heat treatment and gas Nitrocarburizing process characteristics and advantages.
