文章围绕节地与室外环境、节能与能源利用、节水与水资源利用、节材与材料资源利用、室内环境质量、运营管理6类指标,结合广西地方气候特点、项目实际情况、技术普遍性及经济性等因素,对目前广西已申报绿色建筑评价标识的5个绿色公共建筑项目的选项及技术应用进行了分析,并提出了其实施存在的问题。
The article centers on six kinds of indicators of land area and outdoor environment, energy saving and energy utilization, water saving and water resources utilization, material and material resource utilization, indoor environment quality and operation management, combined with the local climate characteristics of Guangxi, actual conditions of the project and technology universality Economy and other factors, this paper analyzes the options and technical applications of the five green public buildings in Guangxi which have been declared green building evaluation marks, and puts forward some problems in its implementation.
