四、改革墙体材料的方针对我国墙体材料改革的必要性,各方面的认识基本上是一致的。改革的方针,总的来说,应该是因地制宜,随当地的经济条件、自然地理条件、资源条件而定,既要考虑当地的历史传统,又要吸取外国或外地的先进技术,以求获得最佳的技术经济效果。从全国范围来看,提出以下三条改革墙体材料的主要途径。
