张心徵,广西桂林人,1889年生,1973年1月13日病逝于桂林,享年84岁。他历任上海立信会计学校桂林分校名誉校长、广西省立桂林高级商业学校校长、广西省政府会计处会计长、广西文史研究馆馆员。张心徵先生早年在北京专门修读外语,毕业后进入北京政府的铁道部做会计工作,后升为会计部门的科长。1933年被聘为广西省政府经济委员会委员,负责筹建成立会计处和审计处两个机构。1934年春,成立广西省政府会计委员会,设委员五人,
Zhang Xinzheng, Guilin, Guangxi, born in 1889, January 13, 1973 died in Guilin, at the age of 84. He was honorary president of Shanghai Lixin Accounting School Guilin Branch, president of Guilin Provincial Guilin Senior Commercial School, accounting chief of Guangxi Provincial Government, and librarian of Guangxi Literature and History Research Center. Mr. Zhang Xinzheng specialized in foreign languages early in Beijing, after graduation into the Beijing government’s Ministry of Railways to do accounting work, later promoted to the chief of the accounting department. 1933 was hired as a member of the Economic Committee of Guangxi Provincial Government, responsible for the establishment of the establishment of the accounting office and audit office two agencies.
