为解决强制式卧轴搅拌机存在的混凝土容易抱轴、搅拌低效区及物料运动不流畅等问题,提出一种新型的强制式混凝土搅拌机——无轴搅拌机。利用单因素试验,对无轴搅拌机搅拌参数进行试验研究,结果表明:无轴搅拌机的较佳搅拌线速度为1.6m/s,搅拌时间为20s。无轴搅拌机与双螺带搅拌机搅拌质量的对比试验证明:在相同的条件下,无轴搅拌机的搅拌质量、搅拌效率均优于双螺带搅拌机。
In order to solve the problems that forced horizontal axis agitators are easy to hold the shaft, inefficient mixing zone and material movement is not smooth, a new type of forced concrete mixer - shaftless mixer is proposed. The single axis test was used to test the stirring parameters of the shaftless mixer. The results show that the optimum stirring speed of the shaftless mixer is 1.6m / s and the stirring time is 20s. The comparison test of mixing quality between shaftless mixer and double-ribbon mixer shows that under the same conditions, the mixing quality and stirring efficiency of shaftless mixer are better than that of double-ribbon mixer.
