目的设计并制作举肠器,通过电视腹腔镜下行左半结肠、直肠手术验证其安全性、可靠性。方法将西藏小型猪随机分为两组:处理组与对照组,每组15头,然后在电视腹腔镜下对实验猪的远端直行部位的结肠、直肠系膜进行分离操作,处理组术中使用举肠器,对照组不使用举肠器。比较两组的手术时间、出血量及CO2气体用量。结果实验中两组均无动物死亡,处理组的手术时间、出血量及CO2气体用量三项指标明显优于对照组。结论在电视腹腔镜下行左半结肠、直肠手术中应用举肠器使手术操作简单,且安全、可靠。
Objective To design and manufacture a bowel device to verify the safety and reliability of the device through laparoscopic left-handed colonoscopy and rectal surgery. Methods Tibetan miniature pigs were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group and the control group, with 15 in each group. The colon and rectal mesentery of the remote straight part of the experimental pig were separated by laparoscopy. The operation group Toothache, control group does not use the gut. The operation time, blood loss and CO2 gas consumption were compared between the two groups. Results There were no animal deaths in both groups in the experiment. The operation time, bleeding volume and CO2 gas consumption in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group. Conclusions In the laparoscopic operation of the left colon and rectum, the use of the colon device makes the operation simple, safe and reliable.
