State-owned enterprises are an important pillar of the national economy and the main force for the modernization of our country. Doing well the reform and management of state-owned enterprises plays an important role in maintaining the sustained, rapid, healthy development of the national economy and building an overall well-to-do society. Ideological and political work in enterprises is the basic work of enterprise management. Strengthening and improving the ideological and political work of enterprises is of great significance to deepening the reform and development of state-owned enterprises during the 12th Five-Year Plan. How to introduce the concept of modern enterprise construction while adhering to the advantages and characteristics of traditional ideological and political work so as to properly handle the relationship between ideological and political work and other various tasks so as to become an enterprise
