经济的发展和生活水平的提高让人们对住宅工程的要求与日俱增,住宅工程要想适应城市现代化的进程,就必须加强其管理力度。本文分析了住宅工程管理在施工安全、项目质量、成本造价、绩效评估等方面存在的一些问题,分别对各方面问题展开深入的思考,旨在改善当前我国住宅工程管理现状。
With the development of economy and the improvement of living standards, people’s demands for housing projects are increasing day by day. If housing projects are to adapt to the process of urban modernization, they must strengthen their management. This article analyzes some problems in the aspects of construction safety, project quality, cost cost, and performance evaluation of residential project management, and conducts in-depth considerations on various issues, aiming to improve the current status of China’s residential project management.
