随着各国现代化建设步伐的加快,安全生产成为全面重视的焦点,建筑安全生产的社会普遍关注度急剧增加。随着各高、难、艺术性的建筑物的普遍推行,在我国,单位管理制度不健全、管理机制不成熟,企业安全管理不到位,施工人员安全教育不足等诸多因素,致使建筑企业伤亡事故频发,已经成为不可忽视的社会问题。如何控制和降低建筑施工中可避免的安全事故,如何提高施工单位、社会机构的安全管理水平和施工人员的安全意识觉悟是抓好建筑施工安全管理工作的关键。作者结合多方人员提及的相关问题,总结出关于施工质量管理的优化措施,以供参考。
