目前,认为疱疹样皮炎可能是自身免疫性疾病。近年来国外不断有合并肿瘤的报告,但国内甚少。现将我科遇到1例疱疹样皮炎合并肺癌的病人,报道如下: 男性,74岁,因患右胸腔积液于1989年3月8日入院。该患者于6个月前经某医院诊断疱疹样皮炎2次,当时胸透心肺未见异常。经口服强的松每日40毫克,每日1次顿服和抗组织胺药治疗,临床均治愈,否认其它疾病。体温:36.4℃,脉搏:89次/分,呼吸:20次/分,血压:20.0/13.0kPa,营养欠佳,神志清楚,查体合作。皮肤正常。全身淋巴结未见肿大。呼吸略促,无颈项强直,无颈静脉怒张,气管居中,右胸呼吸运动减弱,呈浊音,呼吸音减弱和消失,左肺呼吸音粗糙。心音钝,律整,心率:89次/
At present, herpes dermatitis is considered an autoimmune disease. In recent years there have been reports of merger of foreign countries, but few in China. Now we encounter 1 case of dermatitis herpetiformis patients with lung cancer, reported as follows: Male, 74 years old, suffering from right pleural effusion in March 8, 1989 admission. The patient was diagnosed with dermatitis herpetiformis twice at a hospital 6 months prior to the onset of thoracentesis and cardiopulmonary bypass. Oral prednisone 40 mg daily, daily service and antihistamines Dayton treatment, are clinically cured, denying other diseases.
