异位妊娠是妇科常见急腹症之一,其中输卵管妊娠高达95％。而输卵管结扎术后发生的异位妊娠又往往被人们忽视,造成误诊和误治。现将我院近年收治的5例报告如下。 1.临床资料 5例患者年龄29～35岁,异位妊娠发生在输卵管结扎后1～11年,均发生在输卵管,4例破裂,1例为流产型。临床表现:3例有停经史,2例无停经史,但有不规则阴道出血。5例均有不同程度的下腹痛和压痛。妇科检查:附件包块3例,宫颈举痛3例;后穹窿穿刺抽出不凝血3例,尿妊娠试验2例阳性,B超检查
Ectopic pregnancy is one of the common gynecological acute abdomen, tubal pregnancy up to 95%. The tubal ligation of ectopic pregnancy is often overlooked, resulting in misdiagnosis and mistreatment. Now in our hospital admitted in recent 5 cases are as follows. 1. Clinical data 5 patients aged 29 to 35 years old, ectopic pregnancy occurred 1 to 11 years after tubal ligation, both occurred in the fallopian tube, 4 cases of rupture, 1 case of abortion. Clinical manifestations: 3 patients had menopause, 2 patients without history of menopause, but irregular vaginal bleeding. 5 cases had different degrees of lower abdominal pain and tenderness. Gynecological examination: Annex mass in 3 cases, cervical pain in 3 cases; culdocentesis out of non-coagulation in 3 cases, 2 cases of urine pregnancy test positive, B-ultrasound
