目的:建立石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定蔬菜中钼的方法。方法:采用灰化法对样品进行前处理,应用石墨炉原子吸收测定钼含量。结果:钼浓度在0μg/L~45μg/L范围内具有良好的线性关系,r=0.9999;方法的检出限为3.7μg/L,相对标准偏差为4.87%~5.65%,方法回收率在91%~104%。结论:方法精密准确,快捷灵敏,便于推广。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of molybdenum in vegetables by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods: Samples were pretreated by ashing method, and the content of molybdenum was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Results: The linear range of molybdenum concentration was from 0μg / L to 45μg / L, r = 0.9999. The detection limit was 3.7μg / L and the relative standard deviation was 4.87% ~ 5.65%. The recovery was 91% % ~ 104%. Conclusion: The method is precise and accurate, quick and sensitive, and easy to popularize.
