目前国内外越来越重视公共体育中的理论课教学,民族地区高校体育教学过程中,存在着只注重运动技术的教学轻视体育理论知识的教学的现象,在实践教学过程中,教师应认真钻研教材,提高教学的艺术性,根据学生的实际情况有针对性地组织理论课的教学内容,提高体育理论课的教学质量。
