采用ICP-MS电感耦合等离子体质谱仪,对选自8个省份不同生长环境下的龙葵药材中17种无机元素进行了测定和分析,利用SPSS统计软件对龙葵药材中无机元素进行主成分分析和聚类分析。各产地的龙葵中元素的绝对含量虽然不同,但却呈现相似的分布态势。主成分分析结果表明:B、V、Fe、Co、As、Se、Sr、Mn、Cu、Zn、Rb、Ni、Si、Mo为龙葵药材的特征元素。聚类分析结果表明元素的分布特征与龙葵药材的生长环境密切相关。主成分分析和聚类分析是龙葵药材元素分析的有效方法。为寻找影响龙葵药材质量的因素提供帮助。
In this paper, 17 inorganic elements of Solanum nigrum L. were collected from 8 provinces under different growth conditions by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). SPSS software was used to analyze the inorganic elements in Solanum nigrum Analysis and cluster analysis. Although the absolute content of the elements in Solanum nigrum vary from place to place, they show similar distribution. Principal component analysis showed that B, V, Fe, Co, As, Se, Sr, Mn, Cu, Zn, Rb, Ni, Si and Mo are the characteristic elements of Solanum nigrum. Cluster analysis showed that the distribution of elements closely related to the growth environment of Solanum nigrum. Principal component analysis and cluster analysis is an effective method for the elemental analysis of Solanum nigrum. To find the factors that affect the quality of Solanum nigra.
