在传统的教学模式中,教师作为教学的主体,没有考虑学生个体之间的差异性,导致优等生学不够、中等生学不好、学困生学不了的问题出现,教学效果不理想.随着素质教育以及新课改的深入发展,新的教学模式不断出现,分层教学即是其中之一.在高中物理教学中实施分层教学,既能照顾优等生,又能兼顾学困生,从而提高教学效果.下面结合自己的教学实践就在高中物理教学中实施分层教学谈点体会.一、分层教学的概念
