江苏省泰兴市总工会办公室报道近日,江苏省泰兴市总工会下发了《关于乡镇(街道)工会规范化建设的意见》,对乡镇(街道)工会规范化建设的意义、要求、任务、标准等进行了明确的规定。《意见》指出,乡镇(街道)工会委员会履行地方工会和基层工会的双重职责。乡镇(街道)工会应从实际需要出发,主动代行基层工会难以承担的部分维权职能,发挥上级工会代表下级工会的作用。
