研究了我国各棉区20个地理种群棉铃虫(HelicoverpaarmigeraHübner)滞育诱导的光温反应。结果显示,位于华南棉区的种群不具有滞育特性;长江流域中下游南部地区的种群具有较短的滞育诱导光周期;而分布于我国长江中下游地区北部、黄河流域棉区、北部特早熟棉区和西北内陆棉区的种群对光温诱导的滞育反应则极为敏感。表明我国棉铃虫在生态适应性上存在明显的分化。依据研究结果,作者将我国棉铃虫分为热带、亚热带和温带3个生态型并划分了各生态型的生态区域
The diapause-induced photothermal responses of 20 geographic populations (Helicoverpa armigera Hübner) in cotton fields in China were studied. The results showed that the populations located in the southern cotton area of China did not have diapause characteristics; the population in the southern area of the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River had a short diapause-induced photoperiod; and distributed in the northern part of the Yangtze River in China, The populations of precocious cotton and northwest inland cotton are extremely sensitive to light-temperature-induced diapause. This indicates that there is a clear differentiation of cotton bollworm in ecological adaptability.
