大学英语教学效果受多种因素的影响,其中学生个体差异就是其中重要的一项影响因素。学生个体差异的不同,对于教学内容教学方法的接受程度也不一样。为此,作为大学英语教师,必须在教学中充分了解学生的个体差异,尊重学生的个体差异,根据学生知识储备的不同,选择更加实际与有效的教学方法。故,本文从学生多方面的个体差异中探究更合适的教学方法,以此来尽可能的让绝大多数同学接受,并从英语教学中掌握所学知识。
The effect of college English teaching is affected by many factors, of which individual differences among students are one of the most important factors. Different individual students, the acceptance of teaching methods for teaching content is not the same. Therefore, as a college English teacher, we must fully understand the individual differences of students in teaching, respect the individual differences of students, and choose more practical and effective teaching methods according to the students’ knowledge reserve. Therefore, this article explores more appropriate teaching methods from many individual differences among students, so as to accept the vast majority of students as much as possible and master the knowledge gained from English teaching.
